American Coach – the luxury motorcoach division of Fleetwood RV and a leading producer of Class A and Class C recreational vehicles – has added new innovations and updates to its 2012 American Revolution, American Tradition, American Eagle and American Heritage luxury motorhomes.
“We have expanded the reach for American Coach with a shorter floor plan for the Revolution, and additional new features and upgrades for our entire American Coach lineup,” said John Draheim, President and CEO of Fleetwood RV. He noted that the brand introduced a number of significant improvements for 2012, including "unique interior decors and stunning new exterior graphics.”

The American Revolution introduced the 38S floor plan for 2012; just shy of 39 feet, it’s 4 feet shorter than the model’s other floor plans. Among the many innovative features in the new American Revolution is a pop-up 46-inch Sony® LCD TV that rises out of the dinette credenza and features a hide-away laptop station. The interior finishes have also been updated across all decor package options to include new glass and stone tile backsplashes, grooved mirror wall art, wainscot accent molding and high-gloss polished porcelain tile floors with glass and stone decorative inserts. Other new features include frameless flush-mount windows, a slide-out mounted Girard® patio awning with wind retraction and a Sony® dash radio with navigation.

The 2012 American Heritage boasts an industry-leading 450 square feet of interior living space and features a 45-foot full-wall slide with 30-inch-deep slide boxes. The model’s latest upgrades include an Apple iPad® touch-screen tablet that can control lights, fans, A/V components and other functions throughout the coach. A “spa retreat” bath with double sinks adds to the luxurious look and feel of the new 45T floor plan. The model’s 2012 makeover introduced three fresh interior decors and three new exterior options. Other new features include an Xite-G2 dash radio with truck and bus navigation routing; upgraded window valances; Sony® LED TVs, including a 46-inch mid-coach TV; LED ceiling lights with dimming capabilities and redesigned backsplashes.

The American Tradition model 42M is all new. This full-wall slide model features a sleek, state-of-the–art cockpit with dual dash monitors, as well as handcrafted hardwood cabinetry, name-brand appliances and polished porcelain tile floors with decorative inlays. The 2012 American Tradition includes updated furniture styling and offers three choices of new interior decor: Elegant Onyx, Champagne and Pearls, and Antique Mocha. Two new exterior colors were also added. Among the many 2012 upgrades are frameless flush mount windows, LED ceiling lights with dimming capabilities and a Sony® Blu-ray® home theater.

American Coach revealed an updated American Eagle 45B model with a triple-slide floor plan that has 30-inch-deep slides. The master bathroom now features an elegantly designed vanity with solid-surface counters, dual sinks and increased storage. Three new interior decor options, two new exterior designs and new furnishings update the look of the 2012 American Eagle, while a Sony® television, Blu-ray® disc player and Bose® home theater system provide enhanced entertainment in the living area. Updates to the American Eagle also include an Xite-G2 dash radio with navigation, side-mounted Girard® patio awning with wind retraction and frameless flush-mount windows.
