Used two times to replace the front bunk window shade in a C. Each time it broke. The cause was due to the window and shade being at an angle and the cord wearing at the grommet points. In these types of situations airplane cable should be used.

A shade repair kit and good instructions should be a basic item in the RV world. I have two shades that have needed repair but have hesitated as I may make it worse. I know it will be time consuming to make the repairs, but I would feel more confident to perform the repairs with the right kit and clear instructions.
