Hairspray is the best tool to remove an ink stain. When choosing which hairspray to use, the cheaper the better. Use a clean paper towel or cloth and spray heavily with the hairspray.  Dab onto the stain.  Then blot with a dry paper towel or cloth.  Repeat until the stain is gone.
