I feel that everyone should have to take a course in driving a rig this size. Just like motorcyclist have to, to get their license. i have seen so many people drive their rigs like theres no tomorrow. Or no care in the world.

Being a school bus driver I have no problem driving my RV. I do see a lot of drivers out there that have no experience driving big rigs. They really ott to drive with their lights on. It is a safety issue.

Great videos - my husband and I were able to take the drivers course while at Lazy Days picking up our newer RV. These are a great review of the course and a great reminder of the driver tips. Barney is a great instructor.

Explain making turns from the outside lane when two lanes are permitted to turn heading in the same direction. How to handle the turn with a vehicle between curb and RV. How to find reference point and use mirrors to avoid smaller vehicles.

Wow! This was a great lesson. I have been sweating bullets worrying about tight turns. This is an excellent method for judging turn radius. Thanks!

These tips have been a good help, but what about the rear end swinging into the oncoming lane when making a right turn? I have a 37 foot Pace and it feels that when I make a right turn the rear is swinging into the opposite lane.

Even though I have been a bus driver for 21 years, I am nervous about driving a motor coach. We are picking ours up in Florida in a week. These videos have been very helpful. I am anxious to try out what I have learned. Thank you (:

Bob, I would need more information to correctly answer your question on tire monitoring systems. There are several different systems out there. Please contact me at Lazydays by calling 888.500.5299 ext. 4385. Just as for Chuck Thatcher.

As a driver with a local RV dealership. I discovered a trick that helped keep the vehicle centered in my lane. Place my hands at 10 and 2 clock posn s and keep the centerline of the highway appear to run under my left hand.
