Current RV: 2009 Monaco Executive
Number of Years RVing: 10
Favorite Place to Visit: Any place the St. Louis Rams are playing

The Cowgills, who refer to themselves as die-hard St. Louis Rams fans, cement their legacy each year one

tailgating party at a time. According to Linda, the secret to their RVing and tailgating pleasure lies in the layout of their Monaco Executive. “Our coach can accommodate 18-20 people comfortably,” explains Linda. “The exterior TV is a must-have for the big game while the tile flooring is easy to clean even when the weather is inclement.” The coach’s center office is equally as important to Bob, a consultant, who utilizes the space to work from the road while the couple pursues their travels. Come game day though, Linda is quick to point out the extra advantage the office provides. “It makes for a great bar,” she says.

Much like the Monaco Executive, you can just as easily host top notch tailgating parties in the Tiffin Zephyr and Fleetwood Southwind motor home models.

2009 Tiffin Zephyr
If only real offices were this much fun and playgrounds this luxurious! In addition to 7’ ceilings, the 2009 Tiffin Zephyr (photographed above) features four slide outs that expand to provide the roominess needed for work and play on the road. The Zephyr also features four LCD televisions (32” over the cockpit, 42” mid-ship, 32” in the bedroom and a 32” in the exterior entertainment center), so no member of your tailgate party will miss the game. Tiffin encourages you to work hard, play harder and see the world in a 2009 Zephyr.

2009 Fleetwood Southwind
Play tends to outweigh work when it comes to living the RV lifestyle to its fullest. That is why Fleetwood heads into 2009 with several floor plan options fit for the host of the party. A spacious living area with plenty of seating for guests makes the Southwind the perfect hot spot. But if your responsible conscience kicks in and you feel you must work, the Southwind also has floor plans that include a desk and computer station.

Home: Lakeland, FL
Current RV: 2003 National Sea Breeze
Number of Years RVing: 25
Favorite Place to Visit: Canada

Over the past 25 years, Ed and his wife have entertained guests throughout the United States and Canada. At the end of each glorious day on the road, the king size bed in the master suite with a slide out is all the justification Ed needs to affirm that he owns the perfect RV. When asked what features he would like to have in his next RV, Ed states that although he can entertain up to 25 people in his Sea Breeze, he would like to have more slide outs. With the added interior room, he and his wife could better stretch out and entertain their friends.

National RV no longer manufactures motor homes, but Ed might like the spacious layouts that the Monaco Diplomat and Country Coach Veranda have to offer.

Having traveled throughout the U.S. for more than 25 years, the Greenhill’s have spent a significant amount of their lives on the road. ”Being full-timers now, storage is really important, and our RV has plenty,” claims Joan. Their master bedroom, with its 30” slide out and walk-in closet, is just one of the many areas that satisfies their storage needs. Claude’s hot spot is the power of the Ford V10 engine. Although they are not full-timers, they log thousands of miles each year in their RV. “Our coach is 39 feet long,” states Gail, the former President of the Winnebago Club, “but it handles like a [pick-up] truck.” She says that most notably having their TV located in a hutch in the middle of their coach makes for comfortable viewing.

Abundant storage space and supreme maneuverability are also offered by the Winnebago Journey and Four Winds Kodiak models.

2009 Winnebago Journey
There are a lot of reasons why the Winnebago brand has such a loyal following among the RV nation. The Journey is just one of them. With a private bath, king size bed (a queen bed is featured on the 37H) and a large, residential, 4-door refrigerator/freezer, the 2009 Journey looks and feels like home. Number of Years RVing: 24
Favorite Place to Visit: Anywhere in North America

In 2005, the Martins embarked on a 9,000 mile trip in their 2002 Fleetwood Revolution. When the trip ended, they were ready for another 9,000 miles. “Fleetwood stands behind their product,” asserts Alfred. “The Freightliner chassis and 330HP Cummins engine make our coach run sweet. Even when we tow our car we get about 8 miles per gallon,” he continues. Alfred is quick to point out that his 6-year-old coach still looks new. “I wash the coach each time we take it out, and twice a year my wife rubs down the interior cabinetry with lemon oil,” he boasts. With such a well kept RV, the Martins say they are often the envy of the campground. “A lot of our friends say that our coach is nicer than their homes.”

Similarly, the sturdy chassis and powerful engine in the Holiday Rambler Ambassador and American Allegiance work together to conquer the open road.
